sky!
My internet stopped working earlier so i rang the techies at sky and was told....... sorry, we cant help you, our systems are down and will not be fixed until tomorrow....
theres no hope for us!

did you call just teh once?
when I worked at a call centre the advisors had a Average Handling time that they had to hit of 180 seconds per call. If they had a long call I know a few unscrupulous ones would say stuff like that to the next couple of customers as the calls would be <10 seconds and bring their average down. Of course they got rollocked if they were caught but the chance of the TL listening to that 2 or 3 calls a day out of the hundreds that they took was a risk worth taking in their eyes particularly as their bonuses were at stake..... |
