Church to be twinned with ???

The Scottish village of Dull has been twinned with a Dorset (?) one called Boring.
Where might Church go to continue this trend?
What about other Lancashire townships such as Water, Weir and Barley?
Any others?

Actually Bob Boring is in Oregon, USA - a long way from Dorset!

There - I've captured your attention already,Susie. Now apply your mind to the questions. Otherwise, people will think of you as dull and boring.

I have had suggested to me: Bare (Morecambe) with Peach Bottom, California, or with Ramsbottom, a bit nearer home.

There's also Green Bottom in Gloucs or Cornwall, or just Bottoms in Lancs or Cornwall.

I've heard of Samlesbury Bottoms but not just Bottoms. Are you making these up Susie? I would be very wary about playing Scrabble with you.

Surprised that nobody has mentioned Church & Chapel en le Frith, but I won't mention it.

Was going to suggest Samlesbury Bottoms but didn't and there are so many Chapel place names I lost count.

No I'm not making them up. Look at
