Old library Church

Does anybody know what's happening in the old library?
Builders in & out, on the roof, shutters on the windows.
Rumours going around that it could be flats? Thanks.

i was asking that the other day to my mate, we dont know and i dont think anyone knows around here in church, i do think that the shutters were installed to prevent more vandalism, kids in and out the place, alarm going off 24/7, mebbe council put shutters for that, i dont know,

Can't spot anything in planning applications okdrac2004 .. so could be just a facelift or security measure in preparation to sell to a developer.

Don't know whether 'hawkeye Park' has spotted anything ?

thought I read somewhere about it becoming a community centre
....might be just wishful thinking on my part

Thanks for the replies. The community centre idea would be good for Church. Not to just to get the teenagers off the streets, but for everyone to meet up now & then; to have a chat and even a quick cuppa!
