Arden Hall
Is there a Friends of Arden Hall Group ?
I've just searched for 'Arden Hall' on Accyweb - nothing came up. It was built c1850 for Benjamin Hargreaves, industrialist and landowner The name appears to equate with 'Eden - the Garden of Eden where all is perfect and peaceful |

This group I think is still active Bob,one of their aims is to either establish or maintain (not sure which) a Local Nature Reserve for the area.

I have learned that the leader of the group is June Harrison, the Mayor. I've dropped her a line at the Town Hall. The group's name encompasses Arden Hall & the Coppice.
