Apart from the photo`s -- message for Sparky -- don`t seem to have photo from the Viaduct looking towards Town Centre.

1987 funny all those shops on the last photo seem to have vanished,says a lot for the accy economy! great photo's once again owd bert your a star.

Here I am again ,can anyone remember the Pali de dance , upstairs from Dewhursts Butchers shop oposite the Town Hall, and Sid Ashmead and his Band, Eddy Magarry and his Band also Jack Wallace and his Band,i danced many Sunday Nights at the Catholic Hall, and a well known Drummer at the time was Olof Whittaker who played with Magarrys Band , last but not least Maddam Butts

Trevis: Only remember some of these bands 'cause my dad used to play bass fiddle with some of them, but he was mainly resident with Joe Rigby at the Ambulance Drill Hall. Learnt some of the old time dances from being very young. Happy memories of bass fiddle strapped on top of van and he plastering up his finger tips to prevent any abrasions.

Thats one day i wont forget in a hurry as I was in the BSU roomes above what is now the games store. Old flicks and the Ruours next door oh the memories well the sober ones any way. Those wernt bad days really as a weekend drinking session was fun esp the Rumours.
Brings a tear to the eye when I look back at then and look at now.
