eny one remember a garage at what is now wynsors world of shoes, well they had a petrol pump that was a vending machine you put a fiver in got five pounds worth of petrol, if the fiver had a crease in it shot it back at you.
it will not get you far now,  |

i live very close to that site, the only other thing i remember that was on there was the car dealers, but ive only lived here for twelve years so i guess your talking about long before that?

I remember the petrol station but I dont remember the pumps though (think I was too young to take any notice tbh) I do know how little fuel you get for a fiver these days, its shocking the price of petrol / diesel now

Im not going back that far lol Im sure I remeber a petrol station there but Im only going back to the 80's. Was it gone before then or am I getting confused with somewhere else
