I can't name the building but I suspect the location is in the Electricity Street area of Acccrington.

It was built in 1908. "Activity" ceased in 1953, and this photo was taken in 1972.

It is the rear of the Hippodrome taken from the then Ellison`s Tenement now the site of Jewson`s yard.
