This is a good one. It is so well hidden that I only discovered it for the first time today.
The what may be pretty obvious but the prize is for Where is it ?

OK so it most definately isn't Oakhill Park. Having established that a couple of weeks ago we seem to have ground to a halt. Time for a little spice then I think...
In common with many places in the borough, this was built by a cotton magnate.
I also have decided to increase the prize to 25,000 Ackers.

You were closer with Priestly Clough Bagpuss, but sadly not close enough.
It is in fact the former coach house attached to Highfield House viewed from Lydia Street.
