famous for it's almshouses set up by the archbishops of canterbury who resided here for several hundreds of years

Although Miss Moss comes from there, it doesn't look much like the concrete jungle that is Croydon.

I've only ever seen the shopping centre...when I fell asleep on the night bus, after an evening out on the pop.
