Rooftop ban for criminal - Telegraph Bet you thought it was about satellite dishes, or telivision aerials, didn't you?

i think they shoudl also introduce a wide sweep ban on jumping from rooftops as well so as to help bring down suicide attempts

I would assume that whatever young offenders institution these jokers have been assigned to, it is currently busy securing access to it's rooftops; otherwise we may well see the terrible twosome on our TV screens shortly in a rooftop blanket protest.
