Re: pickup st clayton le moors

In August last year, there was a planning application at No. 29 (think this is the land) for an erection of 2 retail shops and 5 residential flats on 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor.

Was approved last October and states one retail shop and tanning studio plus the 5 flats .. gonna' be tall then.

The application was approved subject to the investigation of safety of gases due to the fact that it is near a landfill site... didn't know that. The applicant was a David Hargreaves of Collingwood, Clayton-le-Moors.

Also noticed that this last term there was an application for 'Church Building' on Barnes Square ..by Church Wardens. Doesn't say what type of church building though ? Aren't there graves on this land ? Still could be a garden shed.
