Planning Permission ??

We have to have planning permission for various enterprises .. extensions, windows, type of brickwork, change of use, etc.,(agree we have to have some sort of order) how is it then that in certain areas of our town, doors are painted in colours that can only be described as stomach ache green, vomit yellow and puce, sorry puke purple? You have all noticed, I'm sure, so is there no 'guidance' here ?

Re: Planning Permission ??

I think you can decorate indoors and out however you please if you are not in a conservation area. Personally I think the terraces which the council have done up all identical look far nicer that the hotch potch of different colours and styles done by individuals to their own taste.

Thats it Willow, plant a seed in HBC's head and watch it grow. Before long we will all have to paint our doors blue in honour of PB.
