What's it all about?
Shankly, a self confessed socialist, will be spinning in his grave. The working class used to mass itself on the Kop to cheer on their dreams, now they are minor players in a corporate franchise. Prices are set to go up, again! More lads and lasses in Asia are going to be wearing red, with no real concept of what it's all about. All to make a fast buck for some Yanks who have bought a franchise, a franchise for God's sake! You shouldn't be able to buy passion!

played and owned by foreighners when all our assets got sold and sent down the swanny at least people thought football was safe but apprently thats going as well mind you i cant see any yank buying burnley any time soon lol no offence  |
