Lovejoy!!!!

Lovejoy is being repeated on 'Yesterday'. Daily at 10am and 4:00pm. At last!

I'm on nights at the moment so I'll set the video.

Any TV classics you'd like to see repeated?

How dare you!

Cardboard sets....yes!
Wooden acting....no way! Blake's 7 was a character and story driven show, it had to be as it didn't have the budget and special effects of it's American counterparts.

It also featured some of the finest actors Britain has ever produced!!!

The BBC may put on lots of repeats Dave but not of the really old stuff that folks of my great age might want to watch.

Not sure if my faves were on BBC or not but bought some of them in box sets and still to watch... Bergerac, Poldark to name two.

Have got and watched all the Cadfael and Poirot episodes apart from the latest Poirots. Also Auf Wiedersehen, Pet early series.

Would like to see that Jimmy Nail detective series, Spender was it?

Re: Lovejoy!!!!

The High Chapperal was a favourite of mine, as well as another Western, Alias Smith And Jones. Going back to my teenage years, I liked Follyfoot because I was sweet on Dora. Oh, oh the Lightning tree!

Judge John Deed.
I know the series isn't that old, but it was something that both of us(me and him) enjoyed....and when it comes to TV programs that is rare.
I usually hate the stuff that he watches.

Yeah, Spender was great as well. It's not even had a DVD release. But there are full episodes on YouTube.
