Thumbs up The Men Who Stare at Goats!

I saw this film again last weekend...an excellent movie.

It's based on facts even though it's a comedy the US Military researched what was in the film - believe it or not.

Saw it when it first came out, interesting and thought provoking. And funny.

Have you read the book it's based on? That scene at the start where the soldier tries to run through a wall and smacks his head actually happened according to the book all the characters in it are based on real people.

Remote viewing is an interesting topic.
Ingo Swann is the man who was used by the US military, and who trained others.
He died very recently.

Remote viewing is a type of out of body experience (OBE)
(don't scoff - it happens - even Jaysay has had one)

There are plenty of videos on youtube if the subject interests you.

No, don't tend to read the book if I've seen the film and vice versa. I recently read The Psychopath Test by the same author and would like to read some of his other stuff eventualy.

I remember when my body was supple enough not just to stare at goats, however that's all I ever did, missed chances of youth eh? I could have made the headlines in the sun.

I've had a few psychic dreams that definately for told future events in my own life but it doesn't seem that these abilities can be controlled and made to work for order. As far as my experience has been.
