Worth the licence fee.
Watched "The Wipers Times" on BBC2 last night.
"True story" About a satirical news sheet published from the hell of the WW1 front lines in and around Ypres. Gallows humour poking ascerbic fun at the officer classes and the absurdity of war. Find it on catch up and enjoy.  |
