Cant see images on accyweb..(split from another thread)

Can you tell me please how to view the images again I cannot find them now I have come back to the website so I am at a loss to know what is being pointed out on them.I might know or remember a lot about Ellison street but I am not good at negotiating your site.
one thing though although we remember the Hippodrome as a monumental building for the size of the street it did fit on the bottom block.
ps is possible to capture the images on your website or is this not allowed if it is can anyone tell me how
thanks in anticipation
tony

Re: The Hippodrome

Do you mean you can't see the previous pages? The images should still be visible.

No Tony you are not thick, if you just take your browser to the top left hand corner of the page and click on the arrow in the blue circle going left it will take you back a page. The post with the photographs on is on that page. Hope this helps

You don't need an e-mail link just go to Accyweb then find Nostalgia ain't what it used to be.. and then the thread you want

Re: The Hippodrome

I do thank you for your help
at the moment I cannot see any images at all on the accy website even the the characters that are normally appearing before names in the posts are missing so that is the reason for all my silly questions perhaps the website can withdraw the privilege to see images however thanks very much for all your help

Re: The Hippodrome

What browser are you using Tony? Have you cleared your cache recently?

I've never heard of AccyWeb withdrawing any privileges for viewing images.

If it's a technical problem Entwisi will probably be bable to solve it. If it's an AccyWeb one Mick or Len may know the answer.

Re: The Hippodrome

Hi Tony
I’ve just had a look at your user control panel and you have all the necessary options selected correctly to view the images etc here at accyweb.
Perhaps some ad blocking software is blocking them. If you’re using firefox then take a look at this link and follow the instructions.

Images / .gif animations don't load - MozillaZine Forums

there is the option to not load images in your browser software, you need to tell us whether you use Firefox, Internet Explorer or some other software(opera, safari etc)

Re: Cant see images on accyweb..(split from another thread)

Thank you all for your help you are brilliant firefox was the culprit but because I did not seem to have any problem with other sites I was struggling to understand it so what I had done was in tools options I found it had set up an exception to your websites images so I have hit it with a big stick (not sure that was allowed) and I am now seeing again
thanks a lot
