please explain to dumbo
before things were altered,if ya clicked on a username , ya got profile n ability to send that person a PM. now ya cant, but ya can leave a comment which they may not even read or know about, i presume there is a way to do it without goin in yer own personal messages n typing it, but dumbo here cant find it, please help.

I just had another look and if you go into the profile and click the 'contact' tab it brings up options. The PMing one is there in your profile.

It works fine, if you click on a name you have the option to pm a member. And also if you go to the profile of a member, click 'send message' then a drop-down will appear where you can pick whether it's a private or public message. It's much better now.
