Poll threads

Why do threads which have polls attached, frequently show when I click 'New Posts', when there is no new post in them since I last looked?

It means someone has voted in it, but not posted.

Agreed it can be annoying, but we'll just have to lump it.

I didn't bump a topic, someone asked why voting in a poll bumps a topic..

And it's because the Administrators of the forum have the option in Admin CP, "Allow votes to bump a topic".. Is on..

If admins don't want topics bumped by voting in polls then they need to turn them off in Configuration in Admin control panel.
