Visitor Messages - Profile page
Dunno if I’m being thick but on my profile page, how do I completely delete visitor messages left by other members. I’m having a little tidy up.
If I delete the message, the actual message the person typed is deleted, but the space in which they typed is left it still contains the posters name, date/time they left the comment.
After the deletion, apparently the page looks blank to others but not to me. When deleting messages I get redirected to a page where there is an option to “soft delete” but am unable to deselect the “soft delete” option

Only you can see it, it is so you can re-enable them if you like... I'll check the settings to see if I can allow you to remove completely.
