Originally from Ossy, I'd been living in London for seventeen years working in fashion. I met some people on holiday from Glasgow, and they invited me up for the weekend.

I had such a great time I went back to London, handed my notice in and sold my flat and moved there on the day the twin towers were attacked.

I lived in the West End, in Kelvinbridge, but ended up managing an 'adult store' in the Merchant City, so I hope we never met.

Glasgow and it's people are fantastic.

Anyone that has never been, give it a go, it's one of the most beautiful and friendly cities I've ever been to in the world.

Re: Good evening from Scotland

Cheers.

Great pics.

From my flat I could see the University and Kelvingrove Museum, all lit up at night, and from the front of my flat I could look out towards the city centre.

Although a 'Westend boy', I was very often out down the Eastend.

Let me tell you about my adventures under George V bridge with the legless woman...............on seconds thought I'd better not.

Re: Good evening from Scotland

Why's the sky all pink in George Square?

By the way, the place I worked was so discreetly tucked away in an eighteenth century building in the Merchant City, only those in the know could find it. It's just yards off the live webcam link though.
