Steiner & Co in Church Accrington

Hello to members of Accrington Web, I am new to your website.
My colleague Roger Farnham and I are researching Karl Klic, the inventor of rotogravure in association with Storey Brothers, while he was living in Church Accrington in the late 1880s. He appears to have had an earlier connection in the late 1870s with Steiners & Co, in Church. Grateful if any members can give us a hint where we might find a Steiners Archive. Nothing in the Preston County Records Office.
Thank you for any information or leads you might suggest.
