That's reasonable, is it not?

Yolanda recommended one at £460 a month.

Re: 3 bedroom house for rent????

I personally wouldnt think it was reasonable, maybe because my rent is a lot cheaper, probably because it aint private, thank god

Re: 3 bedroom house for rent????

Before we bought this house we were paying £495 for a 3 bed town house on Moss Hall Rd so £475 is quite reasonable if it's a nice area

Re: 3 bedroom house for rent????

yeah, the price of the rent has gone up a lot,i mean i went to a mortgage advisor and we were told that on the kind of property we wanted to buy out monthly repayments was gonna be 550 or so including insurance, i wish i could affor that, because i rather pay mortgage than rent, rent money is dead money.

Ur lucky lol our mortgage is £620 a month
We'd rather pay that tho than pay £500 a month to live in someone else's house
