Lancashire Food Festival
 
Just wondering if anyone will be going to the food festival on sat
I will be nipping round before meeting less in the Railway for a pint or two
if you see me say hi I don't bit off site anyway:D

I enjoyed it last year and so did my two grandkids.

I wont be there this year ..... I don't think me on crutches and the food festival would be a good mix .....:(:o

Wife's just come back from shopping and says its 2 quid to get into the food festival, she didn't go in, & neither will I the greedy sods.

It was last year as well. I am not sure if I think it should be free or not because I don't know what the cost is to the Council to hold the event.
HBC are trying to encourage people into the town centre so making it free might help. On the other side the Council is having to make very large savings so should they be spending our money to put on what is basically an indoor market

It's been £1 for ages, biggest complaint has been the admission charge, so they double it :confused:
