Places to eat along the Canal

I was wondering if anyone could recommend any good places to eat within walking distance of the canal, I quite fancy going for a stroll (Getting on at Church) and thought it would be nice to have dinner out!

Thanks in advance !

There is a small cafe near the Rishton canal bridge, not been in though so don`t know if it`s any good - http://rishtonfirst.blogspot.co.uk/2...o-re-open.html , in the other direction only place I can think of is Hare & Hounds.
How far are you thinking of walking?

You might get to whitebirke in an hour, so red lion near McDonald's is an option.

Katy's cafe in Barnes Square Clayton maybe? Or the gourmet sandwich van down Martholme.

If you walk the canal at East Marton there is the Abbots Court tea room or Cafe Cargo at Foulridge by the tunnel
