Actimel Ad band

BBC NEWS | UK | 'Healthy' yogurt advert banned
A TV advert for Actimel pro biotic drink has been band, do you use any of these pro biotic drinks and what do you feel are the affects they have on your body good or bad. I've used Yakult for quite a few years now, well lets face it I need all the help I can get, I can pick the bad stuff up for fun, I like to think I'm evening the odds out a bit

Re: Actimel Ad band

I used to brew my own using kefir grains, but that involved milk which I have stopped using.
I still have some grains and will be exploring ways of fermenting kefir without milk.

No - I never have brewed ginger beer.
When I started brewing milk kefir I gave some grains to Willow.
She said she had made water kefir in the past.
She stopped making either when she found out that some miniscule amount of alcohol was produced (against her religion)
