And the bar is opposite from where it used to be and they have got rid of that verandah they had upstairs.

And of course not forgetting to wipe your feet on the way out. If you stood in the same spot for too long you stuck to the carpet.
Worked behind the bar in 1987/88 .... The managers couldnt hoover the carpets cause the hoover stuck to the floor ! It had to be swept everynight with a stiff brush. |
