OH come on girls, its my birthday, wait a minute in about two hours from now, and I get the same every year, "what do you want for your birthday"
well this year I ain't got a clue, so tomorrow its pot luck, so just be imaginative. Its easy for us guys we just stuff some cash in an envelope and say get yourself something. The guys will agree you can't go out and buy the other half a pressy, let them buy their own, we're different, we're gust greatful for what we get. amen

If he can't be fagged to come up with anything he wants I suggest you buy him some hankies, preferably the old biddy ones with his initial embroidered in the corner.

I threatened to do this to my hubby one year when he was umming and ahhing about what he wanted.

He soon came up with several suggestions.

Ian never knows what he wants and is the most difficult person ever to buy for, so I hardly ever buy him anything. I let him pick his own present when he sees something he wants.

You should listen to the person thru the year, take little hints etc.

There must have been some point or other when you hear someone say …I wish I had …..whatever

Are women any better than men at these things ? If they are, maybe it's because they have a neverending list of their wants
