blackburn road photos
can anyone help?i have been trying to find old photos of blackburn rd accy,i would like to find photos of the spread eagle and the row of shops that are attached and i would like to know when it was turned in to a pub, i know it started off as a dwelling but not sure on the year.some time ago the celler to the pub was being painted and when some old stuff was moved from a wall there was a hiddon room when we went in it had been a one room cottage it still has the big old fire place and wash copper in,it has its own front door and window (covered in now) this is at the back of the pub the gents toilets has been built over it now,does anyone know what this street at the back of the pub was called?any info or photos much apprecated.
