I still smoke - satisfied? - did you miss post#15?
I care not what your opinion of me is - give me one good reason why I should care.
On second thoughts don't bother - a person's opinion commands consideration only when that person commands respect.

I never dictate what anyone does to their own body - I say what I am doing to mine in the hope that more people will take responsibilty for their own ill health.
If I succumb to lung cancer I will have only myself to blame.
I will refuse radiotherapy and chemotherapy, since that is just a more distressing way to die.
I am in control of my death in the same way as I control my life - is that enough for you?

So I have already reduced my toxic load.
As for the remaining 3 - until I succeed in curing my addiction. I am reducing their effects by detoxification on a regular basis, and by use of a herb which thins mucous to enable me to clear my lungs when I feel conjested.

PS I feel no obligation to provide you with this info - but since you ask
Just imagine Margaret if you didn't smoke you wouldn't need to detoxify at all

I would, but less often - petrol exhaust fumes are unavoidable - and some food isn't available organic so I do injest some pesticides.
It is quite painless I don't use colonic irrigation like Diana did.

Now that surprises me Margaret, there's me thinking that when you ventured out you would be sporting a surgical mask to keep away those nasty toxins from car fumes
