If you are going to drink tonic water (and it does work), you must look at the ingredients and buy the stuff which contains quinine (that's why it works). I believe that some manufacturers have removed the small amounts of quinine from their tonic waters now, but quinine is what is used to treat the cramps which come with malaria. A few manufacturers may have kept it in.
