Can any member recommend a good double glazing firm.We need a price for a new front door and window.

We had a local lad fit 14 windows and 2 doors probably 10 years ago, had no problems with any of them, if you want any more info send me a pm and I will put you in touch.

only use a certass or fensa regulated company, if you use a sole trader then you won't get a building regulations certificate. without a certificate (which also goes on the property deeds) you wont be able to sell your house without paying the council for an inspection.

Frank I will get you some details of a chap who used to work for Trumans at Haslingden.....he is a good guy and is registered with Fensa.
My daughter had him fit a front door and it is very good.
