Re: Dyson vacuum repair shop?

I phoned Dyson support once and got the answer by phone to solve a problem 08705275104
Another time I broke an attachment - mailed them - got a replacement with no questions asked.

Thumbs up Re: Dyson vacuum repair shop?

Cassons, at the bottom of Whalley Rd, opposite Clarkes motorcycles. He charges £18 plus parts. For £30 he fixed mine and its like a new machine, excellent service. If you are thinking of throwing any Vacuum cleaner out, you may consider donating it to him as he uses parts to keep his costs down.

Theres also the one on Oak Street, next to the Job Centre. I'd go mad if I didn't have my hoover for a day - between Harry & the cats its a nightmare. lol.

Re: Dyson vacuum repair shop?

Does sound like its overheating, check the whole suction path for blockages as this causes it. Ours did it once after we had had teh plasterers in, teh fine dust was blocking loads of 'bits, a good clean out and it was fine
