There are the apartments on Eagle Street that used to be Lar De Dars or the ones next to the council offices at the bottom of Ormerod Street. Could be worth looking into them

Re: Flats or Houses to let in Accrington ???

One of my colleagues was looking on the internet at a lovely looking 2 bedroom flat.
It is on Scaitcliffe St, just where the Globe Centre is.
Think it was £400 a month, but sorry couldn't tell you which letting agent it was with.

If you don't have any luck... you could do a mail out to all the estate agents in accrington telling them what it is you are looking for.

Beware of the firm that lets out Scaitcliffe St.(the building at Blackburn Rd end)
We recently had a member here who was a tenant briefly.
The landlord charges a large fee just to vet you and disguises it as a deposit which is not refundable.
I will continue to search for that thread

PS found it
