Help needed!!!!

Me and ginger want to go away somewhere in october as it will be our 10th wedding anniversary, and seen as I haven't killed him yet we wish to celebrate

Has anyone any ideas of somewhere quiet and romantic where we can go for a couple of nights, as I haven't got a clue at the moment.

Why don’t you book your selves into Oasis at Whinfell forest, Penrith.
It’s a bit expensive, depending on what you book while your there but you could have some real cosy nights, sat round the log fire in your cabin, what ever?
You could even book yourselves into their spar and have your selves a relaxing few hours with the sauna etc etc.

If you fancy Ambleside, try the Salutation Hotel. It is part of the Best Western chain. One advantage of Ambleside is the abundance of good eating houses, not forgetting the Apple Pie shop next to the National Trust car park. Whenever we go to Ambleside Lettie always drags me kicking & screaming into their cafe, totally against my will, I might add.

If you fancy the Lake District but are looking for a little more seclusion, you cannot get much better than the Wasdale Head Inn.

Thanks you 2!!!! both sound bloody lovely and I will deffo keep them places in mind. Quite looking forward to getting away just me and the owd bugger, away from the KIDS.................sorry but they are driving me mad today.... the school holidays are dragging on too bloody long.
