holiday claim

Does anyone know to make a delayed flight [ 15hours] claim? no food voucher, extra day off work with no pay etc. If you can advise me that would be great.

Re: holiday claim

I have never had to claim for a flight, but have successfully claimed for holiday accommodation which was nothing like the advertisement in the brochure. It may be worth writing directly to the airline, include copies of your flight schedule/number etc.
I found that the travel agents (Althams) where I had booked my holiday were extremely helpful, sent my letters for me and gave brilliant advice.

Re: holiday claim

If your flight is delayed over so many hours they are supposed to supply refreshments. I don't know how long they are allowed before this comes into force but am sure somebody else will know.
