nuisance neighbours
what should i do about noisy neighbours. my neighbours dogs are permanantly in their garden barking and their music too is non stop pumping through the walls they all run up and down the stairs like an heard of elephants im going crazy with them what would you do any tipz on driving them out ... lol

Report them to your local council.......they have an officer who deals with that.

Think you need to get on to enviromental health department, they should send someone out to measure noise levels and decide if any action can be taken.

been complaining for the past ten months to the housing place and they have only just told me i should be telling blackburn council... yet i have been filling complaint forms in so they are just a waste of space

If the Landlord isn't interested then Hyndburn council together with Blackburn and Darwen council have a night time noise service.You need to complain to the environmental department and keep a record of all incidents.If there are any incidents on a Friday or Saturday night between 8pm and 3am you can give them a ring and an officer will come round to your house.We all have a right to live in peace.

That name sounds familiar.I think I recognise it from the Telegraph when they report all the goings-on.A bit of a rough area is it not? If things don't improve and you're not happy maybe you could look at moving
