peel arm stables

Hi to everyone, I am a new kid on the block, I was trying to find out about my Grandfather and came across this site. it seems as though there is a lot of knowledge out there, so I am asking for help.
Has anyone ever heard of Peel arm stables, it used to be run from the archway between Peel arm public house (now Broadway) and the motorbike shop on Whalley road in the centre of Accy.
It was known as Ramsbottom and Wareing and they where known as Carters, it was a horse and card business.
Any help would be great.
I have looked on many sites but unable to find any information.
