Whats going on up fern gore?
Quite a few police around this morning top of bullough & clough & now theres the yellow peril flying low around the area

Blimey full Lancashire force out today
 wonder whats going on??? the yellow peril is hovering round Bullough atm definately looking for something, police cars & officers on foot have been round there too |

not sure where he's from ...i couln't hear what was said on tannoy but my susan was relaying it to me whilst i was rushing round getting dressed to dash out to look for him round here but was just ready when he'd been found ......my heart was in my mouth i can tell you .

 I had the bloody police at my house at 8pm last night (I know you'll be wondering what they were doing here mel ). A little girl had come to play with my daughter and hadn't told her mum were she was. The FIRST thing I said to them both when they asked if they could play in her bedroom was "Have you told your mum where you are?" A chorus of two little voices saying "Yessss" Obviously she hadn't  ........ kids who'd have them!!!

Apparently the little boy was from willows lane.
Glad he was found safe and sound. Police had been round asking all our kids if they had seen him. Then Copter was out. |

We saw all the police coming up here as we were going out earlier today. So glad he's been found. His Mum must have been going frantic.

Yah know, an episode like this makes me feel that we really are a 'Community', police deploying the 'copter, other children being asked where this little boy could be, Mez just about ready to get her coat on to go out searching (as I'm sure most people were doing). Accymel concerned enough to ask this website .. "Have we got a problem?" What a good conclusion.
Well done you Fern Gorers .. was All Hands to the Pump and you pulled it off.   |
