My eldest son says the best take-away curry he has had was from Slice of Heaven in Ossy, he usually has Tikka Massala though

 I agree with Willow, Korma should be sandy/yellow in colour, never red. Balti Stan is a cracking Indian as well. You could just make your own, freeze it in suitable portions and then nuke it to death when you stumble in teh front door.... |
