Where was this

I've been racking my brains this weekend about a restaurant I visited back in the 70, I know it wasn't in this area but lots of people used to use it. I was out Bolton way and was housed in Railway Carriages, can't think what its was called or where it was any ideas

I've seen that one too Poly, but the one I'm thinking about is Bolton way, somewhere like Farnworth, I'm nearly sure its not there anymore because I haven't seen it advertised for ages, I went to a wedding reception in the early seventies

Re: Where was this

Could be the Smithills we used to go there when I was little in the 70's still there apparently and you could sit in old horse carriages to eat I think. Over Bolton Way 70's carriages I think it fits the bill. Definitely the right sort of area too
