Who remembers Chan's chippy?

Hi folks,
Happy Chrimbo to all! I awoke this morning thinking that I would have a look at things on the web to do with my old school Hollins, and to my surprise somehow found this group and the noticed a thread on Chan's chippy in Clayton, and you've guessed it someone asking about the Chan's and myself...Wa Chan.
Well,I actually go by the name of Stephen Chan now as it made it easier when I moved to N. Ireland. So I am looking forward to catching up with folk from what I consider my home town.

Stephen.
