Who trawls round Hyndburns pubs taking photos of punters for the Observer?Why does he never go to any pubs in Church

Seems someone has given him a nudge,he can't keep away from Church pubs at the moment.Three times in as many weeks.Just wondering if hes ever turned up at a pub when theres been a web meet on,maybe someone could have a word in his ear.........or is he a member
