In the cricket picture Pete smith is the small guy to your right and to your left francis ( franny) buckel,next to him gary walmsley.

franny buckel used to be a mechanic at acc garages in the late 70s

hi guys, in the cricket picture, can somebody please confirm that is indeed gary walmsley 4th from the left standing up? if so that is my dad! time frame fits and it looks a bit like him as well, hell be in his late 50's now, if not then can someone confirm who is??? kind regards

On footy picture on back row... John Iddon, Steve Ward, Laurie Sneddon, Eric maden, Bottom row...Dave Hindle

Was this Hollins school or Accy town team under 13's

Well blow me, I was at school with Gary Walmsley and I now live on Raasay, a small island off Skye, I'm in South Shields at the moment in a guest house. I goes down for breakfast this morning and the owner says to me 'where you from' Accrington originally says I. I've mate from Accy says he goes by the name of Gary Walmsley, I was at school with that dude :-)
