Have a look in the phone book AS, There is a C Bracewell in Rossendale.

Yes, and he is called Christopher. If you look at Search for People, Businesses and Places - 192.com it will pull him up listed in the electoral register (some more in the North West too) ... giving a clue to who else is in the household. Unfortunately, no age range ... you have to pay for this information, etc. Really annoys me now, these search/genealogy sites are giving you less and less information free of charge, and then you may not be correct at the end of the day. Sorry, just a personal rant.

Thank you very much indeed for your help, as I don't live in the area a phone book is a tad hard to come by. Katex I shall explore your route thanks very much indeed , if anyone out there, lives near, or has contact with Chris Bracewell, please mention to him that I'm trying to get in touch.
