Elaine Scammel [Scammell?]

Does anyone remember the above? I beleive she died tragically around the mid to late 60's.... from Fern Gore area...

knew a tommy n tina from fern gore back then,was more in family so i presume its the same crowd.

tommy was the father of that family, died a few years ago,top bloke. (he was a fitter)

He was my nephew granddad.You cound not have met a nicer man. Tommy was a great guy

As cashman says Tommy was a fitter. I once worked with him, he was late for work every day (when he wasn't off sick). When he retired they presented him with an alarm clock. I echo US Angel in saying Tommy was one of the nicest blokes you could ever have met.

Elaine was run over on Burnley Rd was tragic she was a lovely looking girl her sister Gail was in my class at school.
