Gateway supermarket, Ossy!!
Did any one on here work there at any time? Or know anyone that did?
It was where the Co-op is now!! I worked there in my teens, 91/92 ish!! I was there when Mr Bateman was the store manager and he left due to ill health. His wife works at ASDA, (has done for years!!) I can't remember names that well, but I remember there was a Margaret on the fags counter, Audra on the tills (she lived on a farm as far I can remember!), Richard Weeks was on the fag counter, too I think!! Just wondered what they are all up to now!! Gail xxxx

If anyone did work there I have some coleslaw which I think has gone off, and would like to return it, and the people at the Co-op are being very helpful.
I still have my receipt and would be greatful if you'd refund me the money.

My mate Amanda Vickers worked there then, she was the assistant manager. Do you remember her? Also, there was a bloke called Alan Ainsworth who was the butcher.
