j.s procter oswaldtwistle

hi all in researching a man who was born in oswaldtwistle and served during ww1 with the east Lancashire regiment , and who possibly served with the special constaulary around the time of ww2 i believe he died in 1963 living at 20 victoria street oswaldtwistle i don't really know what in after learning i guess anything that can be found atb thanks for reading hope someone can help

Retlaw will come up with some info.Likely that the library will be able to give you his forenames. Try Googling 'Lancashire BMDs' for quarter of his death and asking library to search the Observer when you know it. - [email protected]
