Lost Aaron's

Hello Heth's Dad here,

Trying to find any info with regards to Melville Aaron. Currently in the process of doing my family tree and he is a missing link.

He will be approx 60 years old.

Raised round the Trinity Street area of Ossy, but then known to live in Darwen. May possibly be in the Leyland area now.

Thank You all for any info.

Re: Lost Aaron's

Try this ... just put in Melville Aaron, Lancashire and someone in Wigan comes up. The one on the 2002 Electoral Register .. will have to pay for the address.. good hunting, Lee ... x

Re: Lost Aaron's

Appears he may have married 2/3 times - the last to a Judith Wright and they were living in the Preston & Leyland areas.
The one in Wigan is not Mel, although they do have a number.

Did he have any siblings?

Re: Lost Aaron's

I am unable to find an Aaron in the Phone Book, however if you have a number then pass it on to "accystanlee".
The last record I can find for him & Judith is 2002.

The Aarons in Wigan are in the BT phone book:

Residential Numbers - The Phone Book from BT

Re: Lost Aaron's

Update 2010:

In the Dock 01/11/10 - Local - lep.co.uk

A LEA motorist has been banned from the roads for 18 months for drink driving. Melville Aaron, 60, of Ash Meadow, was twice over the limit on Lea Road. Preston magistrates fined him £100. Aaron must also pay £85 costs and a £15 victim surcharge.

Ash Meadow has a Post Code of PR2 1RX

Considering their moves over the years I would suggest they might be renting a House?

Re: Lost Aaron's

How do everybody, first time having a do on ere, so please excuse my slowness. Thanks everybody for the replys, especially "accybill" as this as given me his last known whereabouts. Up to me now to go and pay a visit to find his street number.

While were on family trees, wonder if anybody knows the last known wereabouts of James Greaves. Born in 1898 in Accy, married in Accy 1920, lived on Crawshaw St, Accy, upto the mid 1920`s then disappeared. I also known he had children, infact one of them is still alive, living in Accy, but she knows very little and won`t talk to me about it.
The last confirmed report i have, is when my parents and grandparents went to visit him at Rainhill Mental hospital in the mid 1950`s where he worked. I`ve also been told he served time in Preston nick, don`t know what far or how long.
Is there a friends of rainhill mental hospital group?
i`ve been trying for years to find info about him, when he died, where he`s buried etc, so any help would be great.
Took me 25 mins to write that. phooooooooooo.

Re: Lost Aaron's

I knew a Melville Aaron in the mid 60`s, we were on a business studies day release course at Accy college. He was working at H.&B. at the time and had a red Bond three wheeler that he drove quite reasonably. Maybe someone from that era at H.&B. may have some info.
