do you not think you should ask permission of her living relatives it might be bit sensitive. i know she has living relatives in accrington ..

Yes I just find things like this hard to believe. How on earth do you cope with something like that? It must leave mental scars

From what I have read and people that I have talked to... Agnes coped remarkably well:
Agnes and her mum were well supported by the local town. The town shocked and horrified by this tragic doing. The step father John Whalley got life in prison ( just how long he did I am not sure) but its nothing compared to what Agnes and her mum had to face over the years... not to mention the other people involved: This is a true story, showing remarkable courage from a little girl and her mother… its covered in the Accrington Observer and Times and various books… |
